The Dadaocheng Theater of Taipei City Arts Promotion Office was officially operated in 2011 with the goal to promote traditional culture (performance, exhibition and study). In 2011, the Dadaocheng Youth Taiwanese Opera was founded to continuously cultivate outstanding youth drama actors.
This is a new type of fabric store focused on natural materials. The purpose is to highlight a return to textiles. Sales of fabrics and textile products are its main income source. At the same time, design elements are incorporated to produce outdoor and camping products such as hats, beer holder bags, washable cotton and linen picnic blankets, yoga mats and kites.
Earthing Way blends the new and old, selling selected Taiwanese-style products. At the same time, as a creative, it organizes or participates in various art and cultural exhibitions, performances and activities. Its creative concepts are based on the incorporation of Taiwanese cultural elements, to develop uniquely Taiwanese lifestyles and esthetics.
Being the first bar of the area, Le Zinc is also the pilot of the "Renaissance" of Da Dao Cheng. With the heritage of Da Dao Cheng, the busiest trading port back in the 19th century, Le Zinc conveys its DNA of East-meets-West by offering fairtrade coffee, craft beer and wine in an old palimpsest of Taiwanese style complex.

Established in 2013, Thinkers’ Theatre is based in Dadaocheng where there is access to rich historical and cultural information. Its core members have developed this platform, exchange venue and dream space for creatives based on the spirit of service. Artists from various disciplines gather to think, discuss and debate, igniting creative sparks.
