茶葉曾是大稻埕最重要的出口商品，紅茶更是一度佔最大宗，世界各地茶商均在此活動。因此 ASW 選茶也承接著這份歷史脈絡以台灣各地優質紅茶與重發酵烏龍為主；餐點也與花東菜市集合作，以優良小農產品入餐，在典雅的英式空間中引入台灣風味。

ASW 希望透過大稻埕這個極具歷史意義的國際窗口，再次和世界分享台灣美好的風土。

Tea was once the most important export commodity of Dadaocheng, and black tea once accounted for the largest volume. Tea merchants from all over the world were active here. Therefore, ASW tea selection also inherits this historical context, focusing on high-quality black tea and heavily fermented oolong from all over Taiwan. The meals are also cooperated with Huadong Vegetable Market. , using high-quality small agricultural products for meals, introducing Taiwanese flavor into an elegant British-style space.

ASW hopes to once again share Taiwan’s beautiful customs with the world through Dadaocheng, this historic international window.
